Are my photos secure? Will you post or share them publicly

Dont worry, your secrets are safe with us! We do not share or post your photos anywhere publicly without your permission and understand you may not want to share the photo of your drunk uncle John doing a beer bong on Aunt Lucy’s lap!

How much space does a photobooth take?

We request a space of 10ft x 10ft however we are highly adaptive to the space you have and our equipment allows us to adapt to your needs. For example some corperate activations simply require a photobooth in a retail store where space is limited. Removing the backdrop allows the booth to be put against a wall taking up as little as 2 sq-ft.

how long does it take to setup a photobooth and when do you set up?

Your package includes 1hr of setup time for photobooth and 90 min setup time for Magic Mirror therefore please allow our tea access to your event site a minimum of 1hr before your requested start time.

How many photos can i take?

ALL packages include an unlimited number of photo sessions. Your only limit is in the number of prints per photo session. Depending on the package and add-ons you select, you can have up to 5 prints per photo session with an unlimited number of photo sessions for your reservation. We DO NOT limit the total number of prints.

how close to the event should i book?

Bookings are taken well in advance, therefore to secure your date we would advise you to book as soon as your event is confirmed. Keep in mind we are very busy during peak season and weekends. We will always try to accommodate last minute bookings depending on availability.

What value does a photobooth add to a party?

They are incredibly fun and entertaining for your guest to use and they create amazing memories of your special event. As soon as your guests see that there is a photobooth or magic mirror at your event, there is no stopping the fun. The possibilities are endless and everyone will remember your party because of it.

Can a photobooth be setup outside?

Yes we can setup a standard photobooth outside however the client must provide a solid flat landing space for the booth as well as a 10ft x 10ft canopy or awning to protect the booth from sun or rain and wind. A Magic Mirror is not recomended for outside use during direct sun hours because the screen will not be visible due to reflections.

Is it safe to have a photobooth during covid-19?

Yes it is safe. Quebec Photobooth adheres to strict sanitary protocols when running an event even before Covid-19. Our booths are wiped down with disinfectant wipes before and after each use. Attendants wear masks during current events. Disinfectant wipes and large shand sanitizer bottles are readily available to guests. Your event is safe with us!.

Can I bring my own accessories and backdrop?

You can bring your own accesories however backdrops must be approved in advance in order to get the best quality photos. Alternatively we can custom order a backdrop which you can keep for future events
